Most programs leave you hanging, thinking you suppose to know what to do automatic. So that's a big plus and a must for any popular diet to be successful and Fat Burning Furnace outlines it clearly.
- The success of this program relies on the individual. You can lose 10 pounds, 20 pounds or more by following this long term exercise and diet program.
Like I said your success depends on if your serious or not. There are a couple of things I didn't about the Fat Burning Furnace Diet, and I don't think it's major, but you should know. But anyways here's the bad.
The Bad:
- Now changing up your RMR is super exciting because you call definitely see the weight slipping off, and that's what going to keep your momentum pumping and keep your motivated, BUT if you stop working on the physical aspect of intense resistance training than your RMR will drop.
- If you hate cardio then this program will benefit you, But if you love cardio workouts then its probably not down your alley. It doesn't support cardio because it claims that cardio doesn't increase your RMR.
